Flexible Nanny To Two Precious Little Girls

We are looking for someone with some flexibility in days. This would be a unique situation - my husband works out of town a few days a week and we all go with him. The days we are in Lubbock I work from home and am really involved with my kids. We are looking for someone who could be at the house 2-4 days a week to help with meals, clean up, putting kids down for naps, activities etc. whenever I have to take work calls or meetings. I'd be totally fine with someone taking online school or who had the flexibility to work different days every week!
