About the job
We are looking for a nanny for our 3 kids ages 3 months, 2. 5 years and 4 years. I work in the ER so I have variable shifts throughout the week. My husband works 8-5 Monday through Friday. We only need childcare on the days I am working and during business hours. I am willing to pay a great candidate for full time work even though we will only need part-time care. If hired full time, we would like help transporting kids to activities and running errands. If hired part-time, we will not expect that. We would like help with daily household tasks while watching the kids. I would prefer someone who is older and has raised kids of their own. My 4-year-old will need help with some of his homeschool pre-K work so teaching experience is a plus. My stepdaughter will need care just for a little while during the summer when she is with us.
