Nanny Needed! Starting Spring 2025

We are needing a nanny/sitter who will have flexible hours including some evenings and weekends. We are expecting our first child in February 2025 and I am expecting to return to work full time as of May 2025. We both have rotating work schedules- usually working one month of dayshifts, then one month of evening shifts. This schedule rotates continuously throughout the year. This would be a full-time position and we are aware the changing schedule makes it difficult, so we are willing to discuss fair and reasonable compensation. We are looking for someone who is very dependable and trustworthy and willing to mirror our work schedules.
