We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children in Montgomery . I have a set of 4-month-old twin boys and a 2 and half year old who is home 2 days a week all day. My husband is a nurse and works 4 days a week 12 hr shift so I would need help specifically on those days. He works every other weekend as well so if you could do weekends for at least half a day would be wonderful.
