Ongoing Sitter For Special Needs Son

I'm looking for a great sitter for 1 child. He is 15 and autistic. He attends Frisco ISD . I am a single dad. This role would have a variable schedule. I need to be gone overnight occasionally for my job. I will know my job schedule a week or 2 in advance. Duties would include getting him ready for the school bus in the morning, meeting at my home after school as he gets off the bus, helping him with his night time routine. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities, such as some laundry and putting dishes in the dishwasher. Please be comfortable with pets, as we have 2 dogs (golden retriever and pug) and a cat. The pets are loving and super easy. Our previous sitters were great. Looking for reliable ongoing care. Dependability is important. Ideal candidates would have some experience with special needs.
