About the job
We are a close family and have a lot of fun together going on walks, going to the library, having dance parties at home, going to the park, etc. We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, loves toddlers and playing with them with as well as teaching them new things, is patient, kind, easy going, and genuinely a nice person. We do gentle parenting, and my girls thrive with it. They're at different developmental stages so someone who understands this and can tailor their days based on age is needed. My girls love playing, singing, dancing, coloring, being outside, and are the sweetest. My daughters need someone who can get on their level and make their days fun and engaging. If time allows while the girls nap, we would like for their babysitter to help tidy the kitchen and living room.
