I need for a day on April 29th I am from 78641 zipcode, but my family has an appointment at San Antonio. I need the nanny to care of the child in the car for 1-2 hrs, when me and my wife had an appointment. Nanny need to come along with my family to San Antonio. We will carry the nanny in our car to San Antonio and bring back. Child is autistic and nonverbal.
