About the job
I work part time and we basically want someone to play without toddler. Emulate our discipline style which is strict but soft? We are expecting a second in June so if all goes well there would be a pay increase come July. You must feel confident caring for a baby and toddler. Baby schedule doesn't have to be rigid until sleep training starts but we like naps to try and be hit:)
