Full-Time Nanny Needed For About 2 Months (for Our 18-month-old Son)

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and experienced nanny to care for our active and curious 18-month-old son. He thrives on engaging activities, loves to explore, and needs someone who will encourage communication while gently discouraging whining. We also have three friendly dogs, so you must be comfortable around pets. The position is Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 PM, with occasional evening availability for date nights being a big plus. Responsibilities include creating a safe and stimulating environment, planning fun and educational activities (no screen time), and maintaining a consistent nap and meal schedule. Reliability is key. We need someone who is never late and responsible with money (no pay advances). We'll leave Austin in May, so we only need someone through the end of April.
