Hello! We are looking for a night nanny for an 8-week-old who is colicky and has reflux. The combination of the two has made sleep increasingly challenging during day and night. We're really wanting to improve his quality of sleep so he can be happy and healthy. Someone with past experience with sleep consulting or colicky babies would be a huge plus! We would prefer a nanny who is CPR certified and past overnight experience. This is an overnight position from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. but can be flexible on the times. We're looking to start about 2x/week. Expectations would be - feeding baby in an upright position to help with his reflux - soothing baby back to sleep throughout the night - diaper changes - bottle cleaning - closely monitor baby throughout the night - provide safe care
