My husband and I both work shift work. Looking for help to fill in gaps from one of us leaving and one coming. Or to help out when one of us is home. Kids are 3. 5 & 1. 5 and love busy activities. They have a play room and huge backyard to play. Oldest loves Lego's and building things. May need to make a meal but will be easy & quick.
