Hello!! Were looking for someone who can offer us flexibility that we need with overnight care. Wed need you to be on call for whole timeframe of each day, and wed pay you a base rate just for that. If we do need you to come during those hours wed need you to be there within 1 hour of the time we call. All we would need is light meal prep for dinner sometimes, bedtime routine, and watching them while they sleep.
