I am looking for a dependable and experienced babysitter for my two daughters, ages 3 and 5. It is important to me that my children have consistency in their caregiver, so I am seeking someone for a recurring position rather than introducing them to new sitters each time I need care. The ideal candidate must be comfortable babysitting in my home, where security cameras are in place for added peace of mind. I also need someone who is extremely flexible with their availability, as the typical hours required are 8:00 p.m. 1:00 AM, with occasional late nights extending to 3:00 a.m. at the latest.
