Reliable Nanny Needed/Job Flexibility

Good Day! I am a mom in need of a reliable nanny. I currently work from home and would like my son C. supervised during this time. I am looking for a nanny that is kind, loving and patient. We had C. at 23 weeks so he is considered a micro-preemie. This means he is currently 11 months in age, but his development is currently 7 months. I would like a nanny that would be open to play dates and trips to the park and other local age-appropriate activities. Gas/Admissions completely covered. I am open to a nanny who currently has 1-2 children that she will need to bring into the home. (This is to my discretion)
