Would need someone on call to watch a 2-year-old (est. 28 months at time of need) while parents are in hospital for sibling birth. Would want to see someone who could care for him a few times prior to establish familiarity. This would ideally include overnight availability. Toddler is a major Velcro baby that would need a lot of patience while he adapts to mom being away.
