Looking For A Nanny For Our 2 Beautiful Girls!

Hey there! We are a military family looking for part time child care. My husband is military and I work as a nurse so we both have long days, each of us leaving the house at 6 a.m. We are looking for someone to care for our 2 beautiful girls anywhere from 1-3 days a week. (Days vary due to my nurse schedule not being set). We have a 2-year-old and a 7-month-old that are our entire world. We would love someone that can keep them on their schedule while we are gone, interact with them during their wake times, find fun activities to do, and help them pass the time while we are working. We are looking for someone that is a non-smoker, CPR certified is a MUST, has their own mode of transportation, and is easy to get a hold of. Must be comfortable with pets as we do have a dog that is also like our third child. Must also be comfortable with the idea of nanny cams and being trained by my mother in law who currently takes care of our girls. Pay is negotiable within reason. The idea of someone other than family watching our girls makes me incredibly anxious so We really just want someone that will care for our girls the way we do and treat them like their own.
