Nanny Needed For My Children In Kerrville.

I have 5 Kids at homeAges 16, 13, 10 , 7 and 3 but only 2 really need supervision while I work at our store. All my kids are homeschooled, and the older kids are fine on their own, but the younger ones need to be watched and encouraged to finish their lessons. I could also use help with things like laundry and keeping house tidy. Basically, I need a mother's helper. The kids love to play outside and the older kids are very helpful if needed. My schedule varies from week to week. but I am looking for someone for about 20 hours a week.
