If during the day- play games, arts in craft, or read book or, supervise while they play in play room or watch TV. Change diaper for 2-year-old if needed. Give snacks that are already prepared. Evening- Kid would already be fed and in bed. So nanny would just hang in living room and have their own time unless the kid needs water. But other than that kid is to stay with room and go to sleep alone.
