I am having a baby in May. My husband works from home Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I have Tuesday mornings off, but that varies. I will need someone Thursday mornings to help watch the baby until my Mom gets off work to watch her! She will be a newborn, so helping with diaper changes, nap times, feedings, etc. will be helpful.
