Would need somebody reliable to be able to be at my daughter's bus stop (a few houses down from our house) by 3:30 p.m. and stay with my daughter (7-year-old) until I am home from work (usually around 10:45-11 p.m. This will only be during the remainder of the school year and not every day. Maybe only a few days a month. Once summer hits I would need the hours to be more flexible (typically 1pm-11pm) on the days I work and have my daughter. Share 50/50 custody with her mother but her mother is unwilling to work with me with my new temporary work schedule.
