I have two children, a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old. My 5-year-old attends pre-k, so I mainly need help with my 2-year-old, as well as both kids after 3 p.m. They have an established routine, and I'm looking for someone who can maintain that consistency. The role will include planning structured activities for my 2-year-old and helping her with nap time. Reliable transportation is important, as I may need the caregiver to pick up my son from school, drop him off, or occasionally take both kids to swimming lessons.
