Looking For A Housekeeper/baby Sitter

Looking for additional help with cleaning and babysitting. I can pay well; I'm just looking for someone who is comfortable doing both when needed. Right now, this would be about twice a week for 5-8 hours or so. However, we're moving to a new house that is much larger in a year and this would be full time (more cleaning than babysitting when that happens). Our kids are a 7-year-old girl, 5-year-old girl, and 3-year-old boy.
