My last born is a special needs. He needs help with feeding and diaper changes. My first born daughter is self sufficient. Care needed more for my special needs. I need him picked up from therapy at 4 then brought home , when he gets home he is sometimes hungry , feed him and play with him till I get home from work. My daughter get home by bus at 3:45 when she gets home is is busy doing her homework.
