Nanny Needed - 3 Month Old Daughter

We are looking for a great nanny for our ~3-month-old daughter. Our daughter is very happy and easy going. The role would be for weekdays not including federal holidays. Both my husband and I work from home so we will be present most times but occasionally in work meetings. We are very flexible with timing of work but would need a nanny for around 30 hours a week - give or take time. We can work with the right candidate to find the best windows for both of us. Occasionally we also would go on dates and be willing to compensate for an evening on the weekends, completely optional for the nanny.
