Needing Part/full-time After School Care For 1st Grader

I'm looking for a Nanny/Babysitter to assist with after school pick-up and care and some weekend help for my 7-year-old daughter. Typically Tues-Fri 2:30-7:30ish and some weekends, if available, for 5-6 hours. She is autistic and has some quirks but is really cool, independent and easy to take care of, especially once you get in a routine. I will have some occasional babysitting work over the next month or so but will need it more on a full-time basis in March. Hoping to build rapport with someone before then!
