The 2 yo is type 1 diabetic, and needs frequent blood sugar checks and insulin. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, and who is comfortable with cats and dogs. We need someone else to rely on other than my awesome mother, she can't be everywhere all the time!
