Toddler Enrichment Specialist (weekday Afternoons)

We're looking for a warm, energetic, and highly engaging toddler learning specialist to work 1:1 with our 12-month-old son in West U on weekday afternoons. This isn't a typical nannying role - we're seeking someone with experience in toddler cognitive, language, and social development who can create a playful, structured, and responsive environment that encourages early learning. Think: following his cues, engaging with his babble and gestures, sensory play, back-and-forth conversation, and light curriculum or milestone-based activities tailored to early cognitive growth. Long term, we're hoping to lay a strong foundation for any future cognitive assessments (e. g., WPPSI-IV, CogAT) that he may encounter. To be clear, he is a typically developing child; we're simply passionate about providing a high-quality early learning experience.
