I work from home and need assistance with my soon to be 3-year-old. I will always be on site. I just need someone to be with her about 4-8 hours so I can focus on work. Occasionally, I can take breaks to give the nanny a break. I am very flexible, while this wont start as a full time gig, I can accommodate your schedule as long as we work out something that is consistent each week. For example: M, T, W for 8 hours each day. Or Monday-Thursday for 4 hours a day.
