He is nonverbal, not potty trained, and has autism, so someone with experience in special needs care is preferred. He is fun loving and energetic, enjoys books, games, and interactive play, and communicates in his own way. The babysitter should be reliable, patient, and understanding. Experience with autism or special needs is a plus. You must also be comfortable with diaper changes and willing to engage in activities he enjoys.
