Our 10-month-old typically wakes up around 6:30-7 a.m. He gets breast fed and then has solids after an hour-1. 5hours. His first nap is typically 3 hours after hes awake. He typical naps anywhere from 1-1. 5 hours. When he wakes he gets breast fed because my wife works from home and then solids after 1-1. 5 hours. After 3 hours of wake time hes usually due for another nap. After nap he gets breast fed again and solids 1 hour-1. 5 after. Then hes up until bed time of 7-8pm
