Babysitter Needed For 3.5y Boy In Montrose With School Pick Up In Heights (variable Days)

Seeking an energetic, reliable, flexible caregiver to pick up from school (latest 6p), drive home, and do dinner/bath/bedtime hangouts until I come home from work. His school is in the Heights, we live in Montrose. I'm an ER doc in med center. I get home from work between 1030p-1230a. Kid is a sharp, attentive, communicative, imaginative, funny, theatrical, playful, hungry, empathetic 3. 5yo boy who enjoys stories, movies, crafts, travel, parks, running, zoo, museums, Star Wars, and Harry Potter. He wakes around 7a, eats, and goes to school from about 9-10a to 3-6p. He eats dinner between 5-7p, then winds down with a movie, book, or lightsaber battle. Goes to sleep around 9p unless his FOMO is acting up. My work schedule is highly variable, but I usually know my shifts a few months in advance and can easily communicate days I need help!
