My wife needs help three days per week with our newborn and our 15-month-old son for a few months until we get settled and our 15-month-old begins structured daycare. The day will start at 7:30 a.m. and finish around 4 p.m. My wife will be available during that time to help with both kids. The caregiver will need to be flexible enough to take care of both kids for short periods of time during any given day, but mostly will be with one of the two children while my wife is with the other child at the same location, of course home.
