I am looking for someone high energy , motivated and willing to work on social and academic skills with my 21-year-old son. He has an IDD and autism diagnoses and needs help with staying on task and motivation. My family would like for him to remain active and engaged while someone is with him when I am working. He is higher functioning and can do many tasks on his own, but needs someone present with him to keep him engaged. His brother and I both work and now would like to hire someone for the job!
