Nanny Needed For A 3 Almost 4 Month Old Baby Girl!

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Houston. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. My husband owns his own plumbing company so the days would differ. My mother in law would be home some of the days too.
