Looking for recommendations on a nanny/baby sitter. My daughter had 2 nanny's at 1 and 2 and did okay-ish (even though she didn't like people) now that she's 4 she's more social but the most low maintenance kid. Give her graham crackers cookies, Barbie and preschool learning on her iPad and she's good. They'd basically just hang out and make sure she stays alive lol, she loves her room and will be in there for hours. Which is downstairs and everything else is up.
