The primary responsibility will be daytime care for my 8-month-old son, with occasional weekend and evening help. Weekend and evening help will include care for my 2. 5-year-old daughter. Caregiver must have RECENT experience with infants and toddlers to be comfortable in the demands of these ages, able to be firm but flexible when necessary and playful with my children. My son will be close to 9 months when care begins, need someone who is comfortable with an active and mobile 9-month-old.
