Job Details Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. (flexibility needed) Compensation: $32/hour Start Date: February 2025 Benefits Two weeks paid vacation Paid sick days and major holidays Family vehicle for transportation Travel opportunities (international trips, equestrian competitions, ski trips, and more) All travel expenses covered Primary Responsibilities Educational Support: Guide early reading, homework, and implement ADHD-specific learning strategies Activity Management: Transport to sports, coordinate playdates, and summer activities Household Organization: Oversee routines, manage laundry, meal prep, and keep spaces tidy Travel Opportunities International summer trips Equestrian competitions in Michigan and Kentucky Seasonal adventures: Florida horse shows, ski trips, fall break Required Qualifications 5+ years of childcare experience Experience with ADHD support Valid driver's license and clean record Passport and ability to travel Swimming proficiency Ideal Candidate Energetic, flexible, and highly organized Strong communication skills Comfortable with pets (2 puppies , 1 dog , 3 cats ) Passion for childhood development and creating enriching experiences This position also includes support from a twice-weekly housekeeper and encourages independence in task management.
