Nanny - 20hrs/wk For 15-Month-Old Boy

My wife and I are looking for a nanny for our almost 15month old boy - C. We work from home, so we'll both be around most days. We seldom have to travel for work. C. is the sweetest little guy you'll meet. He is the happiest dude and we're looking for someone who will love him like they would their own. You will mostly be playing with C. and taking him on a walk in the neighborhood. Well, ask you to get him down for nap time around 12. If you can be flexible through 12:30 that's a plus for days he doesn't go down right away. C. has a full-sized floor bed that we get in bed with him because he loves to snuggle to go to sleep, usually while you sing him some songs. Our previous nanny used to do this as well, so it's a must. We will also ask you to feed C. We've always prepared all of his food for him, so you won't need to cook anything!
