Nanny Needed For 1 Child

We are looking for a full time caregiver for our 4-month-old babygirl. Hours are M, W, F 10:30-7:00. I, her mother, work from home however my job requires I be at the desk the full time so it is impossible to give her the full attention she needs at this time. This means I would be home with you two the entire time. My work hours are 10:30-7:00 which means it is important to stick to these hours. I would like to find someone who has experience with infants and is ok with the care required for an infant. She is growing quickly so I would want a caregiver who is willing to work on reaching milestones with her and giving her full attention. The caregiver would need to be ok with working with me to start incorporating new things such as foods and movement. Patience, kindness, and love is a must!
