Looking for long-term part-time nanny on Mondays and Wednesdays for our 4-month-old baby girl from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and for both our 4-month-old and 2-year-old from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. About our values/parenting - We love Montessori and try to incorporate it as much as we can. Overall we try our best to teach our kids how to regulate emotions and challenge them within their abilities and praise them for effort. We're looking for someone who is compassionate and has a love of learning and teaching. We also prefer someone who loves reading and is creative and active (so that they can keep up with our toddler).
