Hi so I am a full-time working mom of 4, I currently work from home as early as 6@ and I get off at 6 p.m. I have a 3rd grader who takes the school bus to and from school, but my struggles are transportation for my little ones who have school at 07:30@ and 12:30 p.m. for drop off in the afternoon. Their schedule picks up time is for 3:15 in the afternoon and I will be needing assistance with that and maybe settling them when they get home till, I get off I typically will only need someone for no more than 4 -5 hrs a day for three days out the week which total 16hrs.
