Family in Northwest Houston is seeking a Nanny Manager to help care for their household and 3 little girls. The older two children are in school the majority of the day 3-5 days a week, so care will primarily be for the baby and the household. Location: Houston, Texas Start Date: ASAP Children: 3 girls: 4 years old, 3 years old and newborn Compensation: $22-30/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30 p.m. Duties will include: Caring for the children (mainly the infant care) including getting ready for the day, preparing children's meals, feeding, changing, putting down for naps, etc. Engage the children in indoor and outdoor, educational age-appropriate activities to hit developmental milestones, such as tummy time (infant), books, music, walks, play, toys, activities, arts and crafts, etc. Keeping the common areas and children's areas tidy including load/unload dishwasher, wiping down counters, putting toys away, washing/sterilizing bottles, and doing children's laundry, the family has a full-time housekeeper for deep cleaning Keeping changing table and diaper bag stocked, let family know if any supplies are low Tag-team with Mom to transport the children to/from school (excellent driving record and personal transportation required) Organizational projects Running errands Appreciated, but not required: cooking family dinners about 3 days/week Nanny will be: Experienced with infants through school-age children and experience caring for multiple children at the same time Trustworthy, dependable, and punctual Education-minded Flexible Proactive, looking for ways to add value with organizing, household tasks, etc. Positive, with a can-do attitude Comfortable with dogs - the family has a labradoodle (60 lbs) that is hypoallergenic and low maintenance, the Nanny will need to let in/out and feed (in collaboration with the family) Cooking skills are a plus! Mom and Dad work full-time.
