B is a busy 18-month-old. He usually wakes up around 7:30am, naps once a day around noon for 1.5-2 hours and goes to bed by 8:30. He has a good appetite and has 3 meals a day with snacks in between. He enjoys taking things apart, working on puzzles and reading books. We try to avoid screen time. We speak to him in Spanish.
