My son's typical schedule is sleep from 8 a.m. - 11 AM, then I wake him, and he eats around 11:30-12. Then tummy time from about 12:45 - 1:30(varies). After that he naps; our goal for this nap is 1. 5 - 2 hours, but sometimes he will only sleep for 30-45 minutes. Either way, he is fed after this nap around 3 p.m. We will listen to music and play until about 5:30-6, after which he is fed again.
