We have 3 kids my youngest is 9 and that's who I'm looking for care for. I'd like to have someone M-F 430-9 p.m. he's in school till 315 then does afterschool till 430 so that would be pickup time. And then there are sports, errands, etc. We also have a 2-year-old golden retriever that loves to play and I'd have this person feed possibly walk in the afternoons with my son as well.
