Experienced Full-time Nanny For Newborn/infant

We are looking for an experienced nanny for our newborn/infant in Houston. We are looking for a long-term nanny (at least one year), who will work for us full-time and therefore have a flexible schedule ). We would need someone mostly during the week, from around 7 a.m. to early afternoon, but we would also need them to be flexible and available on nights or weekends sometimes. We would prefer someone who could also help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets.
