Responsibilities: - Prepare fresh meals and snacks for the children - Establish a daily routine for the 9-month-old, including baby-led weaning - Assist with getting the 4-year-old ready for school - Drop off/pick up the 4-year-old from school (5-minute drive) - Engage the 9-month-old in stimulating activities to promote development - Plan fun outings for the 9-month-old (e. g., Gymboree, music class, parks) - Support speech and vocabulary development in both children - Encourage independence and self-care skills in the children - Maintain the children's hygiene and laundry - Administer medication to the children as needed - Promote positive relationships between the siblings and with peers - Model good manners and patience for the children - Stay updated on the children's developmental needs and milestones - Perform light housekeeping (dishes, tidy living areas) - Manage groceries and household errands - Open mail/packages and put away items - Take out the trash/recycling - Maintain organization and inventory of toys/supplies - Assist with scheduling appointments for the children/house - Keep the vacuum and electric mop in good working order
