We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Personal Care Assistant for our 17-year-old son with special needs, including cerebral palsy and cognitive delays. A is verbal and can communicate his needs but requires assistance with all daily life activities. This full-time summer role transitions to part-time during the school year. Availability to regularly work mornings, afternoons, and evenings Monday-Friday is required. Flexibility to occasionally work overnights and weekends is a significant plus. Duties include assisting with grooming, dressing, eating, meal prep, restroom support, transportation to appointments/therapies, and planning and supervising socialization activities and outings.
