About the job
This is a long-term position. We are looking for someone who will commit to at least one year+ of caring for our son. Routine infant care, including paced bottle feeding, is required. Mom works from home and will nurse him for most meals. He naps (contact naps) much of the day. During wake windows, he enjoys his play mats, being read to, tummy time, music, and being taken for walks. He loves a lot of snuggles. Sometimes he will get into his bassinet and/or crib to nap but usually not any longer than about 45 mins to hour. Otherwise he prefers to be held. As he grows and learns, developmentally appropriate activities will important. Ideally these will include story time at the local library, swimming, music time, etc. Due to his age, the candidate we choose must show proof of MMR and recent (within the past 5 years) DTap immunizations.
