Child Care For 2 Toddlers

Looking for someone to watch my 2 daughters ages 1. 5 and 2. 5. They play during the day and will both nap for some of the time. I do have a medium size dog who can be rambunctious but is very friendly and loving. But I need someone who is comfortable with dogs for this reason. I do have odd hours so I don't need someone every week but generally I work 5 weeks on every other month. But we would discuss the exact dates prior to making an agreement.
